Intake Sessions

Intake is the enrolling of newly-entering students into the Cedar Hill ISD STRIVE Academy. During intake, STRIVE procedures, expectations, and consequences are explained and written contracts are signed by the students and their parents/legal guardians.

When and Where?

Intake sessions are held year round at the STRIVE Academy campus by appointment only. Parents must call Keith Petty (STRIVE Academy Principal) or Mrs. Pamela Munson(STRIVE Academy Secretary) within 24-48 hours of the scheduled student start date.  972-293-4504 x4205

Who Attends?

One of the student's legal guardians is required to accompany him/her during the entire intake session. The student will not be allowed to enroll into STRIVE Academy until he/she attends an intake with a parent/guardian.

What to Bring?

Students must bring the STRIVE Academy Parent Enrollment Form to orientation. Any accessories, such as backpacks, pens, money, cell phones, headphones, etc., are not allowed on the premises.
